do i need extra permissions to view the Video’s?

when i use my microsoft acocunt i get the following msg:

Geselecteerde gebruikersaccount bestaat niet in tenant SMA Technologies en heeft geen toegang tot de toepassing 00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000 in die tenant. Het account moet eerst worden toegevoegd in de tenant als een externe gebruiker. Gebruik een ander account.

Could you try accessing the video from the SMA online help files - https://help.smatechnologies.com/sm_vs_em

Let me know if you receive the permissions error again or if you were able to access it.

is it correct that there is no sound with the mp4 files?
