New Application Connectors

The latest release comes packed with new 5 new connectors!

• OnBase
  • Only the connector has been released with no events yet.
  • The Wripple team is hard at work continuing development to solve for automating review and commitment of files for archiving to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Look forward to more details about this use case in the near future!

• Webex

  • ​​​​​​​The Webex connector is available to configure.

  • Includes the event “Send Message” to automate messaging to a specific person or space.

  • Similar to the Teams and Slack connectors, this can be used in workflows to send internal notifications triggered by other events.

• Jira 

  • The Jira Cloud connector is available to configure.

  • Includes the event “Get Issue Details” to pull ticketing information out of Jira and into another app, such as internal messaging!

  • This is part of another use case we are hard at work developing to automate response to critical tickets by triggering response group creation + pushing ticket info to the group, look forward to more about this in the near future!

• Outlook

  • ​​​​​​​An updated Outlook 365 connector is available to configure.

  • Includes the trigger “Email Received” and action “Send Email”.

  • This updated version includes OAuth so that getting the configuration running only takes the click of a button!

• Smartsheet

  • ​​​​​​​The Smartsheet connector is available to configure.

  • Includes the events “Add Rows” and “Create Sheet” to push information from other apps into your Smartsheet.

  • This is part of a use case to extract DocuSign inputs and push them into an existing Smartsheet automatically instead of having someone manually keying in the information. Try it out!

New Events for Existing Application Connectors

There were also several new events added to existing connectors!

• Synapsys
  • Add, Update, and Get Prospect information events
  • Search for Referrals
• KeyStone
  • Add or Update a Note in KeyInsights
