Every feature idea submitted in the Feature Ideas section will be assigned an "idea status" by the Product team. See below for details on what each status represents.

New - The idea is assigned this default when submitted.

Collecting Feedback - The idea is being reviewed by SMA Technologies’ Product Management team but requires more feedback. We are looking for additional votes as well as comments from our global user base.

In Backlog - The Product Management team is committed to doing the work but is not currently scheduled.

In Development - The idea is currently being worked on and has been included in a development sprint.

Declined - The idea is no longer being considered.

Duplicate - The idea has already been submitted by another community member. To avoid redundancy, we will merge it with the original idea.

Done - The idea was included in a shipped release.
